Craft Workshop Package

1hr guided craft activity. This is a great option for a more structured activity for your guests. I will arrive slightly before your desired start time to set up the craft and then I will guide you and your guests through the craft activity. Some crafts have a little more instruction than others. All crafts guarantee tons of fun!

Includes:

• Guided craft for up to 10 kids (this package is also available for adults - please inquire)

• Attendant

• 1 craft per child

• A variety of craft supplies

• Tables, chairs, and table cover

• Aprons

• Setup and cleanup

The Craft Workshop Package starts at $450. ($45 each additional child after the 10th child)

We have a variety of craft options including:

• canvas painting

• wood craft painting/decorating

• beaded crafts

• t-shirt decorating

• rock crafts

• and more!

We are happy to gear the craft towards the theme of your party. We want to make this experience as special for you and your guests as possible!

Any custom requests will be quoted and could include additional charges.

Event locations outside of a 10-mile radius from Tyngsborough, MA will be charged an additional travel fee.

Craft Activity Center Package

Drop-in style craft activity station, designed to be mess-free. This is an excellent way to keep kids occupied at large events, especially events that tend to be adult-focused (like weddings!)

The drop-in station is also great if you are hosting an unknown number of kids, or if you want them to have the option to go back and forth between the activity center and the rest of your event.

Craft Activity Center Package includes:

• Coloring supplies: crayons, colored pencils, a variety of paper options

• Puzzles

• Small table-top games

• Attendant

• Setup and cleanup

The Craft Activity Center Package starts at $350/hr.

Although I don’t need an official headcount for how many kids may use the station, it is helpful to know the overall size of your event so that I can estimate materials. I can set up 1 or more tables to provide the station, depending on your needs. Table and chairs are not included in this package but could be rented for an additional charge.

This station is designed for kids ages 5+ (teens and adults welcomed as well!). Children younger than age 5 are welcomed to use the station with their own adult supervision present.

Event locations outside of a 10-mile radius from Tyngsborough, MA will have a minimum number of hours, depending on location.

Please let me know if your event requires a discreet setup (for example, if you hire me to open the station mid-event)

Booking process:

Contact Nicole at thecraftcartinfo@gmail.com. A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the service is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 15 days before the event.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your service more than 15 days prior to your event date, the booking fee will not be refunded but will be issued as a credit that can be used towards a future service or pop-up event (must be used within 1 year of issue)

If you cancel your service between 15 days and 8 days prior to the event day, you will be refunded for whatever you have paid toward your service, minus the 25% booking fee.

Cancellations made 7 days or less from the event day will forfeit total cost of the service.
